Xerox Reports Recognition of Corporate Citizenship Efforts - USA

Xerox announced it has been internationally recognized in the second half of 2009 for its corporate citizenship efforts in the areas of sustainability, diversity and health and wellness.

 

"Our longstanding commitment to corporate citizenship is engrained in the Xerox corporate culture-it is simply the way we do business," said Ursula Burns, CEO, Xerox. "Recognition and awards are but one proof point of the value of that commitment, not only to our business but also to our people, our customers and the communities in which we work and live."

 

Among the awards Xerox received in 2009 was the Buyers Laboratory Outstanding Achievement Award for Energy Efficiency for its WorkCentre 7428 and WorkCentre 7435.
