UK wholesaler VOW has told staff that it is entering into a period of consultation following a decision to consider the de-stocking of the Enfield and Bristol branches.

Operations director Frans van de Shootbrugge said: "It is true to say that service continues to be a key priority for VOW as a business, however we must consider any rationalisation or restructure that would enable us to maintain our primary service KPIS including next day delivery to our customers or their end users."

Following the 30 day consultation period, VOW will communicate their plans moving forward in respect of individual customer service expectations.
