UK wholesaler VOW has announced to its staff and customers further details regarding the transition from regional sales and customer service teams to its new Centralised Sales and Service Centre (CSSC).
The transitions from the regional office will take place over a period of nine weeks in order to create as little disruption of service. Vow says that the new CSSC will provide improved service levels to its resellers, delivered by teams who have undergone extensive training regarding business practices and processes.
Sales Director Adrian Butler said: “Following an intense period of internal planning regarding these changes, we are now confident that we can achieve a smooth transition that will result in improved levels of service to our customers across multiple departments.
"Our colleagues have now been fully briefed regarding the transition dates and those employees who are not being redeployed within the business or joining the new CSSC team will be leaving the business following the successful transition from the relevant location.”
