United Stationers Receives Customer Satisfaction Award - USA

United Stationers has been awarded a 2009 Achievement in Customer Excellence (ACE) Award by MarketTools, a leader in Market Research and Enterprise Feedback Management.

 

The ACE Award recognizes United Stationers’ customer satisfaction results from the implementation of the company’s ACT (Associates & Customers Together) program. ACT is a comprehensive business strategy to foster a culture of consistent, positive and strategic change through customer and associate engagement.

 

“We are encouraged by the recognition that our ACT initiative has received,” said Paula Huckaby, vice president customer care and sales process for United Stationers. “The customer feedback we have received has enabled us to focus on end-to-end process improvement and the development of exciting, new capabilities for our customers.”

 

United’s ACT program involved gathering ongoing customer surveys and direct follow-ups with customers to review specific feedback. Listening to the voice of the customer, United was committed to focus on end-to-end process improvements important to the customer, identify value added products and services, and prioritize strategic projects and investments.
