Trodat has acquired American supplier of rubber stamp components and accessories M&R Marking Systems.

The agreement was signed on 9th July and became effective on the 12th.

The companies have said that to ensure a smooth transition of ownership, the sales and customer service personnel of these two companies will remain in place, and that there will be no changes to the product offerings of either Trodat or M&R.
