Top Office is testing a drive through formula for office supplies in France. The office supplies superstore chain has started "drive" in its 36th store, which opened last June in Metz.
Customers place their orders on the retailer’s website and two hours later they can pick them up at one of two dedicated loading bays at Top Office. Staff are on hand to load customer vehicles.
Top Office says that four other stores in the network will also provide this service by the end of the year. If "drive" is successful at these five sites, the retailer will equip all its stores in the next two years. The development of this new service is part of the company’s strategic repositioning. It has recently launched a new logo and visual identity.
