French office supplies chain Top office has appointed Raphael Vanneste as its new Managing Director, replacing Charles Malvache. The company is looking for a turnaround after a loss of 2.4 million euros.

Top office was established in 1996 and has 38 outlets throughout France, 9 of which are franchises. It has sales of 110 million euros and employs 480 staff.

Raphael Vanneste previously spent 10 years at La Redoute in various roles. His former post was vice-president in charge of international development.
