The "GfK Office Supplies Potential" study has been released showing the demand for office furniture, office equipment, organizational supplies, telecommunications equipment and software throughout Germany.

 

The map depicting the demand for PCs at the level of German counties and greater metropolitan areas reveals that the federal state of North Rhein-Westphalia is a real hot spot. This is due mostly to its heavy concentration of businesses. The German capital Berlin as well as Hamburg, Hanover and the regions around Heidelberg and Stuttgart in the South also feature a high sales potential for PC-related products according to this study by GfK GeoMarketing.

The "GfK Office Supplies Potential" study is updated annually, providing the latest information on sales potential down to the level of German municipalities and postcode areas. This GfK dataset helps distributors, manufacturers and service providers for office-related products plan new locations and external sales activities in a targeted manner, allowing for an objective assessment of demand for these office-related product lines.
