Tech Data strikes deal with Hitachi - World

Tech Data International is to distribute the full range of hard disk drive and external storage solutions from Hitachi Global Storage Technologies.

 

Tech Data says that the agreement significantly strengthens its portfolio and provides resellers and systems builders throughout Europe with improved access to Hitachi's GST's comprehensive range, which addresses a broad range of markets, from notebook and consumer PCs to enterprise data centres.

 

Commenting on the agreement, Janis Kemers, Director, Tech Data International, stated: "This agreement significantly strengthens and expands our portfolio and will enable Tech Data to offer a comprehensive choice of storage solutions to all our customers across the European region."
