Stampin' Up! is introducing a new generation of European crafters to its product offering of rubber stamps and accessories with a launch in France, Germany and the United Kingdom in November 2007.
Stampin’ Up!’s European launch is part of an aggressive expansion plan driven by CEO and co-founder Shelli Gardner’s vision for a company that shares creativity and opportunity globally.
Stampin' Up! is a 19-year-old, direct sales company that designs and manufactures an exclusive selection of wood-mounted rubber stamp sets, color coordinated papers, inks and accessories, used to create everything from personalized cards and invitations, to scrapbooks and home décor.
“Entering the European market is a huge milestone for Stampin’ Up!” says Gardner. “We’re excited to offer European crafters the opportunity to combine their own creative inspiration with the art of stamping and our innovative, high-quality products.”
As well as bringing an innovative new range of craft products to the European markets, Stampin' Up! offers an exciting business model that gives those who enjoy crafting the opportunity to earn money while doing what they love as an independent consultant or “demonstrator.” The party plan model includes hosting functions or visiting small crafting groups to run hands-on workshops. More than 50,000 crafters in the U.S., Canada, Australia and New Zealand are already enjoying the flexibility of owning their own business as a Stampin' Up! demonstrator.
