Following the sale of Spicers U.K. and Ireland to Better Capital, the wholesaler has announced a new structure to be implemented with immediate effect.
The UKIMT board has been disbanded and replaced by a Strategic Leadership Team. The team along with Sarah Jones, CFO, will support the business in delivering at pace its objectives and goals.
- Tom Rodda becomes Sales & Marketing Director with Jeanette Bresitz and her team reporting to him.
- Shirley Irons takes responsibility for all UK & Ireland HR activities as HR Director.
- Siobhan O’Connor will continue as Managing Director Ireland.
- Greg Pritchett takes responsibility for all procurement, catalogue production, pricing and data under the new title of Commercial Director.
- David Molyneux will report to Sarah Jones as Director of Inventory ensuring availability and stock is optimised.
- Mark O’Neill will drive service and efficiency improvements looking after Customer Services, Warehousing and Transport as Operations Director.
- Mary Curtis recently is Director of I.T. has responsibility for all functionality and development of the I.T. infrastructure.
