Spicers and P1 Training and Development have announced the next dates for their graduate recruitment and training program – The New Talent Academy 2 (NTA2).

11 new graduate sales trainees began the first NTA training program in early January and will continue throughout Feb and March as part of the intensive ‘business ready’ training content created by P1. The second program will commence on April the 9th and a further 12 places are now available.

Interested Spicer dealers are encouraged to book their places early as the first NTA proved very popular and will, as before, be conducted on a first-come-first-served basis. The NTA allows dealers a cost-effective way to recruit new talent to their businesses and for them to receive a comprehensive 16 day inclusive skills training program to ensure their recruits hit the ground running, able to deliver results straight away.
