German office furniture manufacturer Sedus Stoll reported increasing sales and orders for the period January – September 2011.
Sales were up 10.8% to 111.6 million euros compared to last year’s figure of 100.7 million euros. Total orders rose in the first three quarters of 2011 by 18.1% compared to last year.
Dr.-Ing. Bernhard E. Kallup, CEO of Sedus Stoll AG, said the increase in new orders proved the high demand for Sedus products both domestically and abroad. However, he underlined the challenges of rising costs and pressure on margins.
