Japanese office equipment maker Ricoh has extended its sponsorship of Tennis’s ATP World Tour through 2012.

Ricoh, a partner of the men’s professional circuit since 2005, will sponsor six additional European events in Spain, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Sweden and Switzerland, the ATP and Ricoh said in an e-mailed statement. That takes the number of ATP tournaments Ricoh sponsors to 12.

Ricoh has also extended existing sponsorships of events in Monte Carlo, Rome, Madrid, Hamburg, Paris and the Barclays ATP World Tour Finals through 2012, they said.
