Pentel raised over £46,500 in the UK for The Prostate Cancer Charity in 2011 from sales of two products, including a special edition EnerGel pen.

Pentel introduced a specially packaged version of its LineStyle ballpoint pen with a blue barrel, donating £0.20 per pen to The Prostate Cancer Charity for every pen sold. It then introduced a special edition of the EnerGel Xm Retractable liquid gel roller pen with an ice-white barrel and contrasting blue trim. For every EnerGel Xm Retractable pen sold Pentel donates £0.25 to the charity.
