Sourcing & Innovation Days 2007 ended on Saturday 9th June, with some regular participants describing it as the best one that they had ever attended.

69 suppliers from 16 countries and 54 buyers from 26 countries held a total of 1253 scheduled individual meetings over just 2½ days in the town of Sainte-Maxime, near Cannes in the south of France.

This 6th edition of the event proved once again to be an efficient way of doing business thanks to the quality and variety of the buying and supplying participants.

The number of suppliers presenting innovative products was particularly high this year, and a range of non-traditional products were represented such as gifts, luggage, educational products and art supplies.

The event was also widely appreciated for allowing the opportunity to exchange and share ideas about the industry, notably with the Visions round-table discussions which kicked off the event on the first evening.
