Novus and Dahle are working towards a complete integration of the two brands from a customer side, reports Novus Managing Director Frank Indenkämpen.
The two brands, part of the Erwin Müller Group, will be soon using one joint order form and joint deliveries in order to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and make ordering easier for customers.
From 2013, Novus and Dahle plan to have a central logistics centre for office products. This integration follows the implementation of SAP at Dahle in 2011.
