A survey in the UK has found that despite efforts to make people aware of the environmental impacts of their actions in the office, 36 per cent of people had done nothing to improve their green credentials.

The survey, commissioned to coincide with Green Office Week which starts today, found that only 11% consciously choose green office supplies and just 34% chose to consume less energy in a bid to reduce their working carbon footprint.

Office workers in Edinburgh are more likely to have an environmental policy in place than those in any other UK city, a new survey has found. The survey also named Edinburgh as the city where companies are most likely to buy green office supplies.
