Office Depot has filed an appeal after losing its Better Business Bureau accreditation and having its rating dropped to a C- minus.
The bureau revoked the company's membership after a settlement between the company and the Florida Attorney General's Office over contract pricing.
Mike Galvin, spokesman for the Better Business Bureau of Southeast Florida and the Caribbean, said Office Depot has filed an appeal and that he expects the office products retailer to regain its status within two months
