German company Nips will start a major marketing campaign next week for the PaperZip binding system, developed by Baioni Stampa from Italy. PaperZip will be promoted in promintent display stands in all of Germany’s Staples stores.

 

The new, innovative presentation kit enables documents to be bound together in only 30 seconds, without the support of machines. The system works using adhesive silver strips which need to be pulled off to seal the paper together into a binder.

 

Although the campaign has not yet started, Nips told ISG that feedback from Staples’ staff has been very positive about the originality and simplicity of the product. This is important because one of the keys to the campaign’s success is demonstrating to customers that the binding system is easy to use.
