Printer manufacturer Lexmark International will help support U.S. reforestation efforts through a donation to the Arbor Day Foundation in honor of Earth Day, which is Tuesday, April 22.
For every laser printer and laser multifunction product (MFP) sold in the U.S. during the month of April through an authorized Lexmark reseller or on Lexmark.com, the Arbor Day Foundation will plant one tree in a U.S. national forest.
Also in honor of Earth Day, the Arbor Day Foundation will plant a tree for designated Lexmark X6570 and X6575 Wireless All-in-Ones sold in the U.S. at selected retail outlets.
"At Lexmark, environmental responsibility is a top priority - from the way we design our products to our operations to the way we live and work," said Marty Canning, Lexmark vice president and president of its Printing Solutions and Services Division. "We are pleased to commemorate Earth Day by supporting the Arbor Day Foundation's efforts to protect the environment through this donation."
