Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. has received the Best Overall Rating for its line of bizhub color Multifunctional Products in the annual end-user study conducted by The Office Products Analyst.

Driven by Industry Analysts, Inc., the study asked hundreds of Enterprise and small- and medium-sized business customers across the continental United States to rate the colour MFPs that they use on a daily basis. In this year's survey, Konica Minolta’s colour MFPs were ranked Best Overall against five competing manufacturers.

Customers also gave Konica Minolta highest ratings with respect to Image Quality, Overall Product Reliability, General Ease of Use, Productivity, and more. Of 18 sub categories that make up the “Effectiveness” section, Konica Minolta was rated highest in 12.
