Notice and writing board manufacturer Akyazi told ISG at the Istanbul Stationery show that due to soaring sales it is set to open a new production facility. The 4,000m2 factory situated in Habipler, Istanbul will open on April 20th.

“We now export to 18 countries and can no longer meet our customers demand so we needed to open a bigger factory,” said Foreign Trade Manager Muhammed Kocaman.

Akyazi launched a new board at the Istanbul show to compete with Chinese competition. The board, called ‘Simge’, is now being produced in large quantities in order to keep down costs. “This means that we are able to sell a good quality product at a competitive price,” explained Muhammed Kocaman.
