German self-adhesive technology manufacturer Herma is developing its environmental credentials. Its SuperPrint label paper is now PEFC certified, which means that the wood used for its production comes from sustainable forestry.

 

In addition to becoming PEFC certified, the label has no solvents and is manufactured from chlorine-free bleached paper. It is also delivered in packaging made of recycled cardboard.

 

Herma believes that its retail partners will benefit from the PEFC certification by having an additional green sales argument for their increasingly environmentally-aware consumers.
