Fellowes launches new US Manufacturing Operation - USA

Fellowes has introduced an all new Powershred® 400 series of strip and cross-cut shredders. Along with a new design incorporating soft touch controls, the shredders feature Fellowes patented 100% Jam Proof System and SafeSense™ technology. In addition, the cross cut models have increased sheet capacity and include the Auto Oil™ system, which automatically oils the cutters to enhance performance and extend shredder life.

 

“Our highest performing shredders will be manufactured in the US, at our Itasca Illinois facility,” remarked CEO James Fellowes. “The US technology is better suited for these high-performance machines.”

 

James Fellowes was joined in the ribbon-cutting by a local government official to open the doors to the new manufacturing capability
