UK hobby and craft products manufacturer Crafter’s Companion reported impressive results from the launch of the Ultimate Crafter’s Companion – a multi purpose scoring and cutting tool - and its in-depth DVD tutorial in 2007.
New product development is at the heart of the company’s growth strategy. It will move laterally in the market with the launch of a new and exclusive range of rubber stamps commissioned by Jayne Nestorenko.
“This is the first time Jayne has designed and launched her own range of stamps and Crafter’s Companion is delighted to be involved in manufacturing, marketing and distributing the fabulous new collection,” explained Crafter’s Companion sales director Sara Davies to ISG.
The latest challenge for the company is the launch alongside the stamps of a new and innovative mounting system “Rock-a-Blocks”, designed as easy to use with perfect results. Crafter’s Companion developed this product as a better solution to the standard acrylic blocks currently used.
Other projects should bring even more opportunities to Crafter’s Companion. For example, it is targeting craft in the education market. Crafter’s Companion is also supporting its expansion with newly appointed Trade Account Manager, Claire Hamer.
