Concord acquire IXL - England

Reports suggest that Concord Filing Products has purchased the license to manufacture IXL Branded Files, and the Debtor Book of IXL 2008. The company went into administration this month.

Concord Filing Products was created after Concord Office Products Ltd went into administration in January 2010. In January 2008 Concord Office Products purchased the assets of Shawcross & Dickinson Limited out of Administration.

IXL is a stationery manufacturer that sells lever arch files, box files, ring binders and suspension files.
