Centrum launched a new line of children’s creation and hobby kits at PaperWorld. It sees the line as an expanding part of the company’s sales and plans to put fifty new products on the market during the next three months. It is a diversification from its core businesses of back to school and office products.
Centrum, based in Latvia and operating predominantly in the Central and Eastern European markets, told ISG that it is adapting to changes in customer needs.
A company representative said: “10 years ago there were just office products in Eastern Europe. Now that people have more money they are buying things for their children.”
