Bong acquires stake in Image Envelopes - England

Swedish envelope manufacturer Bong has acquired a 50% stake in Image Envelopes from the UK with an option to increase stake holding over the next three years.

 

Image Envelopes is a specialist envelope manufacturer based in Milton Keynes focusing on products aimed at the Direct Mail market. In 2008 the company had revenues over over £2.7 million.

 

Anders Davidsson, President and CEO of Bong said: “The acquisition is in line with Bong’s strategy to broaden our share of the direct mail market. This enhances our capabilities in the UK to offer a wide range of product solutions to our customers”
