A recent two month promotion at Beta Distribution with cleaning products manufacturer AF International generated additional revenue and accounts.
The promotion was put in place to raise awareness of computer workstation hygiene and broaden the product offering to its customer base. Dave Green, Marketing Manager for Beta, commented “This was a good opportunity to focus the sales team on speaking specifically about the AF range of computer cleaning products. The sales we generated over the two months proved there is ample opportunity to sell these value added products”.
The promotion has demonstrated that there is the prospect with all dealers and IT resellers to increase sales and average order value by including computer cleaning supplies as well as the more traditional product offerings.
